Hi team,
Could you tell me the minimum and maximum value of Vcc?
My customer would like to know the range of Vcc.

Yoshi

Hi Yoshi,
VCC value will change with different loading at the VCC pin. So the VCC value will change at different operation frequency, different drive resistor......
Why do you need the VCC variation?
Hi Helen,
Thanks for your quick reply. But, Vcc is an output of internal 7.5V LDO. Is this value change depend on the external setting?
As I already share via e-mail. The customer is asking about min and max value.

Yoshi
Hi Yoshi,
The internal 7.5V LDO is of poor regulation. When the load current is higher than 50mA, it may drop to a very low value, like below 5V.
I will check whether we have the related data, but please be noted that even we found the data, it is just a test data based on several IC, just for a reference.
And this LDO is for internal use only, external load is not recommended.
Hi Yoshi,
The range is 7.1-7.8V with a 40mA I_VCC. But this is just for reference since the result is based on the limited samples.
Hi Helen,
Thanks for checking.
In their schematic, the Vcc didn't connect to other load. So Vcc should be 7.1V to 7.8V.
When they replace the new TPS43060 from failure, Vcc is 7.3V. Is this value correct?
I'd like to make sure it is in the spec.

Yoshi
