Dear team,

I see VDD of CSD95490 need to be 5V, do we have power stage that VDD is 3.3V or 1.8V power supply support?

If must 5V, how about the current? Do you have recommend IC to power supply VDD?

Customer will pair use with TPS53681.

  • Hi Sammi,

    The VDD has to be around 5V, with minimum 4.5V. The reason is the voltage not only supply internal circuitry of IC, but also generate driving power for low-side FET.

    The standby current is low typically 2-3mA, the operating current is depending on the duty cycle and frequency, typically around 25-30mA. I would suggest to have at least 50mA current capability for the VDD of one power stage.

    We usually don't suggest IC for powering VDD, as this is really upto the system requirement.
