It cannot be calculated because there is no description of Dmax or Ton_min.

Is it a special topology?

Dear Sir,

there's no Dmax limit for this part. And if the load current is very small, it may enters into PFM mode.

What is your target Vin, Vo, Io?

Vin=3.6V, Vout=48V, Iout=60mA

Dear Sir,

The maximum Io @ Vin=3.6V/Vo=48V is around 20mA.
