TPS55288-EVM-GUI: Can't control TPS555288EVM by GUI

Hi all,

We have TPS55288EVM now. But we can't link system and has error message as attache pic. Is there any setting issue on our board? Thanks for your kindly help.

And, can TPS55288EVM output 5V without I2C control?

I checked you board, the board setting is OK.

Did you turn your power supply on?

Hi Helen,

Yes. We provide power from external power supply. We test 2 boards with the same result.

1. Does 55288EVM output 5V without I2C control?

2. Except USB2Any FW upgraded, what else we have to do in win 10 environment?

There's no 5V output without I2C.

Its strange. Did you click auto connect button?

Yes. We install that with 55288's GUI.

We'll try to find other computer to confirm the issue.

Hi Helen,

Yes. the board is ok after we change I2C address to 0x74, pull up I2C and modify EVM jumper setting. Thanks for your kindly help.
