BQ24295: Cannot get ACK from device

Dear Team,

We face an random issue about read/write comments to BQ24295.

After measured I2C signal, we found device doesn't get back ACK to host.

Could you let me know how to fix it?

Ben,

What are your test conditions such as VBUS (voltage at VBUS pin), IVBUS, VBAT (voltage at BAT pin), IBAT, VSYS, ISYS? Did you test on the BQ24295 EVM or your custom board?
