Hello,

Are there any space-grade half-bridge gate drivers in the Ti portfolio?

Can the UC1715 be used in half-bridge configuration? Is there a spice model available for this part?

Hello Leo,

The UC1715 Is a driver that was released some time ago, and I do not see a spice model for that device. The two driver outputs on the UC1715 are both referenced to ground, so the PWR drive output is not a floating high side driver.

There is a way to use low side drivers as floating high side drivers, this may be an option although you would only be using the PWR drive output. Refer to the application note located here:
