Dear sir/madam,

I have purchase a BQ25970EVM-893 (Rev. B) and use bqstudio software to debug. The information I can found online is a user guild for Rev. A board. I don't know if it is the same for Rev. B board. When I try to do parallel charging, only the master IC is working, while the slave one is not working. Do you have any more information on this? Thanks.

BQ25970 is not a generic device. Please contact local TI sales office or ditsy for support.

I am confused as this evaluation board BQ25970EVM-893 is designed by TI, and specifically to demo the parallel operation of BQ25970, not general purpose as you said. The application note from TI has the information of configuring the jumpers for parallel operation. However, there is no detail instructions on how to start the parallel charging from TI's GUI or I2C. A full bq25970 datasheet or and up to date application note might be helpful. Would you forward my request to the right place? Thanks.
