Dear sir,

We used TPS54531DDAR in out product to generate the +5V from +24V input. We had the problem of the EMI conductive test, test failed at frequency 1.21M(66.51dBuV), 1.53M(69.52dBuV), 1.81M(73.48dBuV). It seems it is the harmonic of the TPS54531 switch frequency.

The circuit we used is generated with WEBENCH Design Tool. Do you have any suggestion how to suppress the noise.

Can you provide your schematic and layout for review. Because EMI issue is highly related to the PCB layout.
