TPS63030: TPS63030 0.7V output

Hi,

I am trying to get 3.3V output from tps63030 but i can not buy components from other countries because i am in a hurry so bad. I could not found proper inductance in my country so tried SRI0605B-1R5M(https://ozdisan.com/pasif-komponentler/induktorler/sabit-induktorler/SRI0605B-1R5M) but i am only gettin 0.7V output with 3.3V input. Is this because of the inductor ? If it is could you suggest me in this website ? https://ozdisan.com/p/fixed-inductors-903 Thank you.

the inductor is OK to use. did you see the same behavior in several board? confirm that the issue is not caused by the assembling issue.

if yes, please measure the waveform of VIN, SW and VOUT

I am afraid i dont have oscilloscope. but here is my layout.

the schematic doesn't match the layout. for example, the C3 should be between VBAT and GND. But i can't find C3 doesn't serve as this function in the layout. please double check the schematic and layout again

Hi,

the layout is not good.

please rotate the C6 and C7 180 degree, so the routing between the IC ground and output capacitor capacitor ground is minimized.

you can do this experience in the current board, then replace the IC to a new one and test it again.
