We're considering using the TPS62745 to power an mcu/radio design, with 2 LiSOCl2 cells in series supplying around 6.8 - 7.4 volts.
The board is to be powered at 3.3 volts drawing around 7uA when the mcu is in deep sleep.
The data sheet indicates the TPS62745 current draw with the output effectively off, but we would like to know the Iq when it is supplying the board in deep sleep at around 7uA.
More generally the challenge is to find a dc-dc device with ultra low Iq, for long term battery operation, whilst supplying about 7uA at 3.3 volts output, yet capable of comfortably sourcing a current of up to around 180mA for 3 seconds when the radio is transmitting!
Assistance would be appreciated.
