TL750M: Want to confirm TL750M05CKCSE3/TO220 package soldering condition.

We need mounting conditions info of TL750M/TO220 package, because there are no information at such device page but it's necessary to describe in the format of our customer request. It's better to explain flow conditions because this is a pinhole package. In the same package (LM2904) information, it's 260℃/10 seconds. Is this product the same specification? We look forward to your answer.

Hi Komura-san,

I believe that soldering recommendations are more focussed on IR reflow or SMT packages exposed to a solder wave. See the attached for reference. Since only the leads are exposed to the solder wave, there is not a lot of impact to the device itself.
