BQ24075: Pls help check the sch?

Hi Sir,

We encountered a problem when using BQ24075. We found that when our product is powered off and charged, it cannot be charged normally. We can only charge the battery when it is powered on. The schematic diwe used is as follows:

Pls give some recommendations on this case.

Hello,

Can you elaborate on what you mean by powered off? Is VIN absent in this state? Or is there no load on VOUT?

What is the battery voltage this is observed? What is VIN voltage and what is PMID voltage?

Is SYSOFF high or low?

Hi Sir,

The Battery volt is 3.92V, Vin is 5V. Vout is 4.2V.

The DPPM threshold is 4.3V for this device. This means that the battery will not be charged until VOUT goes above 4.3V. You can increase the Input current limit to ensure the this doesnt occur.
