BQStudio error message

Hi TI Engineer,

We have BQ78Z100 with bqStudio 1.3.86

But it has an error code=1703.

Please refer as below screenshot and check. Thanks a lot.

    Hi Thomas,

    The error message at the bottom of the screen indicates that there is a mismatch in device version. The device version is shown under "bq78z100" on the dashboard. We have seen this happen if bqStudio does not automatically detect the bq78z100 at startup. If you had to manually select the bqz file, then that is your problem.
