BQ40Z50: bq40z50 Software Questions

Hi Sir,

We have software questions about bq40z50 need your help.

SW : Battery Managent Studio (bqStudio) 1.3.5.2

1.    How to Export   Data Flash (Data Memory)  Data?
2.    How to read out Srec  and save to Srec?

If Bq40z50 的 Programming only need write Data Memory (Data Flash)?

According slua743 "Bq40z50 Data Memory Programming for Mass Production" document,

Data Memory (Data Flash) start from address 0x4000 , but end address need to reference bqStudio,

But we still cannot success Export Data Memory from bqstudio or read out save to new srec file,  

(We try UnSeal / Full Access / Seal Mode, will appear wrong message)

Would you pls help for what happen? Thanks.
