TPS2514: How to get the correct signature on the data line?

Hello,

I am working on a 2A USB power supply and I have used the TPS2514 component as a port controller, but I cannot have the correct signature on the data lines, I am using for test a Samsung S7 that should support the BC1 protocol. 2 DCP.

Any hints?
