EV2300: Does EV2300- compatible with bq27441 ?

Hi team,

We have to do the battery characterization for TI fuel gauge-bq27441, and we are going to perform through kit EV2300, so does EV2300 fuel guage evaluation board is supported bq27441 FG. and any extra take care we need to do while battery characterization and which exact step we need to follow to get the accurate result, i need some inputs from your side.

Hello Shani,

EV2400 is the preferred communications box. The EV2300 has been NRND. Please use the EV2400.

Hello Shani,

This is a ROM gauge, please refer to GPCCHEM for the steps. The link you provided is the EVM user's guide and once you have determined if the chemID is a suitable match, you should be able to follow the EVM user's guide for first time gauging.

We already have the EV2300 kit in our store, so it is ok to go with EV2300 or we have to go with EV2400 only?

If you are getting valid comms with EV2300, you could use it.
