TPS65400: TPS65400RGZ military grade availability and other programmable MPUs

To Whom it may concern:

    Is the TPS65400RGZ available in military grade?  If not, is there another part number which is?

Also would there be another PMU which has a wider voltage range (i.e. 4V to 30V) input?
