We have seen that the LP87524JRNFRQ1 part does not comply to REACH. TI website says Affected.

What does it mean? Not REACH compliant?

It means the package used for LP87524 contains small quantities of lead that exceeds the ROHS/REACH defined limits. It is compliant with EU RoHS pursuant to a specific EU RoHS exemption.
