Dear expert,
My customer is using BQ34Z100, but recently they got the feedback from their end customer that SOH has jumped when full charged battery is discharged at 8A. They can't get the log file from end customer, please see picture and gg.file as below.
The question is when SOH jump, the SOC,RMCap, Voltage, Current and Temp is consistent. They'd like to know why SOH jumped and how to solve the problem. Thanks for your support.
