BQ27220: I2C communication wrong after battery fully discharged

hi team,

when I use our BQ27220  and under battery fully discharged condition, then charging the battery but I2C communication shows no response.

so my questions are:

1/ why does this happen?

2/ if BQ27200 stays in long term sleep mode then how to wake it?
