TPS7A11: Start up time

Hello team,

I have a couple of questions regarding TPA7A11 start up time.
It is defined 525us(typ), 1200us(max) from EN toggle with Cout=2.2uF on the datasheet.
1) Is the start up time determined by internal timer?
2) Does it have dependency on VIN, VBIAS and Cout?
3) When we'd like to know the minimum time, how can we estimate the value?

    1) Is the start up time determined by internal timer? *I went through the initial specifications and test data and do not see a mention of an internal timer. Normally if a part is targeting applications where the startup is a concern we will have a SS (Soft Start) pin. 
    2) Does it have a dependency on VIN, VBIAS and Cout? *The only dependency is COUT. see below from the datasheet:


    3) When we'd like to know the minimum time, how can we estimate the value? *Looking at the test data, the fastest startup time is ~460us and the slowest ~610us.

    What is a recommended low dropout(separated bias input) solution with SS pin? (Vout=0.6V)

    At the moment the best option to support 0.6VOUT and with a programmable soft-start pin is the TPS7A84A
