Hi,

I need some details to calculate the switching loss for high side mosfet

1.) Parasitic capacitance of high side mosfet

2.)Rise and fall time of high side mosfet

Also have some error in simulation

I have also attached the schematics and Errors. Convert the pdf file to lib file

do you use the unencrypted model import to the simetrix? can you share the Simetrix files to us?

you can check the SW of LM63615 raise and fall time, use them as the Rise and fall time of high side mosfet

for below item, we may not share in public forum, can you contact our FAE or Disty, and let they send us email to us so that we can reply in email.
