TLV62569: SOT563 NC/PG tied to Vout <5.5V

Part Number: TLV62569

Hi Team,

What happens if we have TLV62569P (PG version) SOT563 and the PG pin is tied directly to an output voltage <5.5V?

Is this safe behavior for our device?

What would be the additional power dissipation within the device caused by the internal PG FET?

I'm aware there is an orderable PN where PG is a NC and the NC pin "can be connected to the output or the ground." But changing the BOM might not be possible in this design.

Thank you,

Trenton Reed
