    Hi Kuramochi,

    Difference between LM7480-Q1 and LM7481-Q1 is the charge pump and DGATE gate drive capability.

    LM7481-Q1 is 5x times higher energy charge pump (LM7480-Q1 features a 600uA charge pump, but LM7481-Q1 features a 3000uA charge pump).

    This enables LM74810-Q1 to perform active rectification of AC superimposed ripple voltage (on battery line) up to 200KHz frequency.

    Basically LM7480-Q1 is recommended for close to 100W (or less) ECU power applications and for >100W ECU applications, LM7481-Q1 is recommended.

    Otherwise, rest of the LM7481-Q1 behaves in the same way as LM7480-Q1.
