In seciton 8.2.2.2 of the TPS51200 DS it says:
Provide more input capacitance as more output capacitance is used at the VO pin. In general, use one-half of the COUT value for input.
Currently, there is 250uF bulk capacitance on the output of a regulator which feeds the TPS51200 PLUS a 4.7uF Cin for the TPS51200 (total 247.7uF). However, on Vttout there is 77uF of Cout. How critical is the 1/2Cout = Cin requirement?
