i whant use this device for a new project.

Can you send me a 2-3 samples for the testing and debugging?

the divices is 

XF280025CPTS

plase examine my request and send me that you can send me a 2-3 samples.

in the future i whant use the device  F280021PTQR, if you have a the samples of this?

    We don't offer free samples through the web. Please refer to https://www.ti.com/product/TMS320F280025C#order-quality to order XF280025CPTS.

    Subset device F280021PTQR will be released within 1Q 2021, but all development can be completed with the superset device (XF280025C) that is available now.

    I would like to develop the system on XF280025CPTS and then move to the F280021PTQR.
    I have 3 questions:

    1) - Can you tell me if the two devices are identical as pin out so that I can make the pcb and the whole system and then replace only the mpu?

    2) - Is there an evaluation board to start the tests? Can you give me the code?

    3) - Finally, is there a software for ti type MCC( competitor ) that helps me to configure the pin out and the peripherals for these micro?

    Apologies for the length between replies; you may have looked into this already but I'll reply with answers

    1) - Can you tell me if the two devices are identical as pin out so that I can make the pcb and the whole system and then replace only the mpu?

    A1)Yes, the two devices are pin/pin compatible.  The 25C will have some additional features like CLB and more Flash memory vs the 21

    2) - Is there an evaluation board to start the tests? Can you give me the code?

    A2) The TMDSCNCD280025C is the control CARD eval board for this MCU.  If you have used C2000 control CARD previously then you'll likely have the base board(we call it a dock), and you can buy the controlCARD only.  Else you will need to buy the bundled dock/control CARD  both options are on the tool folder page link if you scroll down

    3) - Finally, is there a software for ti type MCC( competitor ) that helps me to configure the pin out and the peripherals for these micro?

    A3) Yes, you'll want to use the PINMUX utility found on our cloud tools page here
