Hello, I am performing a thermal analysis and we are using some of the TI TPS51200 components. Looking at the datasheet, the free air temperature range is -40 to 85C, but there is no mention of a maximum junction temperature. Is there a maximum junction temperature and if so, could you provide that along with the junction to case and junction to board thermal resistance values, in C/W? Thank you!
