I need a IBIS model for above part number.
In order to gain access to additional documentation for this device, you need to click the Request now button on the TPS65381A-Q1 product folder.
However, I do not expect an IBIS model to be available. IBIS stands for "I/O Buffer Information Specification" and described only the I/O pins of the device. Most PMICs have low speed I/O and it is not as important to model these pins as it is to model the power management capabilities of the device. Typically, a SPICE model is preferred for PMICs.
Just to add to Brian's comment. There is an IBIS model available for TPS65381-Q1 which applies to TPS65381A-Q1. The available models can be found in the link below:

Most of the models for the non-A version can be used for TPS65381A-Q1 devices.
