TPS1H200A-Q1: pull-up resistor size for Auto-retry

Part Number: TPS1H200A-Q1
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI

Hi Team

My customer wants to use TPS1H200A-Q1 for auto-retry mode with Vs=24V and DIAG_EN=LOW.

The customer uses model file "TPS1H200_Q1_TRANS.lib" downloaded from TI.com.

Datasheet says "When in auto-retry mode, the DELAY pin is connected to the VS pin through a 100-kΩ resistor", so the customer drew the circuit as below.

But the message "operation point not found" was showed after executing "calculate nodal voltage"

After changing R1 to around 27-kΩ, the DEL pin showed 2.8V, which i think it means auto-retry function works normally.

Is there anything wrong with the model file or the circuit if "100-kΩ resistor" is correct to use?

And please tell me if there's anything I should take care about when doing the simulation.
