Hi

I want design DC-DC buck

Vin 15V +-5% used SMPS so tolerance ~15.75Vmax

Vout 5V/20A

I know it have to  Vin=15Vmax

so this case can't use?

If let me know high side FET Vds, I can check.

    Hi Ogrim,

    I would not recommend doing this as +5% would exceed the recommended max of 15V. There is definite risk that the ringing at the switching node will exceed the FET abs max ratings. The TPS548B22 or TPS548D22 might be a better fit for this application.
