2.Reference design use SYR838 and SYR837 for VDD_GPU and VDD_CPUB ,but I saw TPS62866 Vout max is 1.2V ,have any one use TPS62866 for RK3399 ?

Hello Kaile,
TPS62866 can supply up to 1.675V using I2C.
The 1.2V or 1.15V output voltage max you maybe are referring to is the startup voltage.
On the VSET pin is connected a resistor, at startup there will be a readout of this resistor value and this will define your startup output voltage.
See Table 1, to see which resistor is associated to which startup value.
Using I2C communication bus, allow you to supply up to 1.675V.
