May I use BQ21040 for 0.7A charge current ?
I saw the RθJA is 130.8 °C/W ,if the Vin is 5V and Vbat is 3V
The power dissipation is (5Vin - 3Vbat)*0.7A = 1.4W
Tj=25°C+1.4*130.8 = 208.12°C
I think 208°C is too hot ,Have anything I misunderstanding
