Hello guys,

One of my customers is about to release their products which use TPS65400.

For the products releasing, they need a latch up test result of TPS65400.

Could you please give me your reply to the following questions?

Q1, Has TPS65400 passed TI latch-up test?

Q2. Is TI latch-up test criteria +/- 100mA?
