TPS54140: tps54140 startup issue，input is increased by 1000uF capacitance

Dear team,

TPS54140 has startup issue. We are not sure if it was caused by the input port. The 12V input is connected in series with 6 Ohm resistor with 100m network cable. 2 wires as VIN+, 2 wires as VIN-, 2 wires as VIN+.

The application scenario is 100 meters of network cable. According to your Suggestions, 1000uF capacitance should be increased at the input end, the starting current is 340MA, and the rating is 120MA. There is a probability that the power will not start

    can you let me know what's CH1 and CH3, I think CH2 is output voltage.  what the difference between first waveform and second waveform.

    you mentioned start up current is 340mA and rated current is 120mA, is it means input current? can you help change PIN4(SS?TR) capacitor to 0.033uF to see any improvement?
