TPS40305: OCP protection issue

Hi team,

We have some issues using TPS40305. Our condition is Vin = 12V / Vout = 6V / Iout = 1.5A.

After calculation, I set Rs = 3kohm and our MOSFET is using https://www.infineon.com/dgdl/irfs4615pbf.pdf?fileId=5546d462533600a40153563a456a21bb

I use three TPS40305 in our board(called U101/U102/U103) and are using the same schematic. 

We produced five boards for verification.But some boards U101 is failed, some boards U102 is failed and some board U101/103 is failed.The meaning of fail is that couldn't achieve Iout = 1.5A. Iout could only achieve around 0.4A and then OCP occurred. When I removed the Rs, and operation could achieve 1.5A.

I have no idea what factor may cause the issue.
