I have a question about TPS7B63-Q1. Is the indication of I/O at TPS7B63-Q1 datasheet typo? Also, is there something like a comparator at the WTS pin?

If I understand your question properly, the pin description table is correct:
I see the block diagram shows WD and #WD_EN as I/O. These are strictly input pins:
Ans yes the WTS pin has a simple comparator to select between the window watchdog or normal watchdog mode.
