UCC28070: Ripple current of pfc inductor

Hello,

I use the UCC28070 excell calculator tool and i have some trouble with:

K(Dpll) inductor current cancellation at peak of low line - what is the purpose ?

it is freezed to 55% inductor ripple current (diL) ,even if i insert bigger inductance. ( i want 30% ripples, so my core losses are acceptable )

and does it affecting the current compensation network calculation.

Hello, i realized why is that, so my question now is can i use this calculator for bridgeless PFC instead of interleaving PFC topology ?

Hello,

Yes you can use the calculator for bridgeless operation.
However the calculator was designed for interleaved operation and will not give you the correct result for the RIMO value..
This is because in an interleaved application each phase delivers half of the load power.
In a bridgeless application each phase delivers the full load power for half of the AC input cycle.

so instead 0,5 Iin(pk) i should replace is it with In(pk) ?
