TPS92641: How to design RF resistor for TPS92641

Hi Experts,

My customer is using TPS92641 in their design, and wants to check what is the design equation for Rf resistor? Datasheet only described how to select the Roff resistor but not Rf resistor. What is the suitable range for Rf resistors? 

Do you have the excel calculation tool for this device to help customer check their component values? The TPS92641 product folder does not have any calculation tool.

    Hello Wei-Hao,

    The EVM uses a 475 ohm resistor.  Part of the reason it is there is for designs that can have current spikes due to being a synchronous buck converter.  This limits the current to the CS pin.  The datasheet doesn't go into detail on this.  I would use a value around the EVM value of 475 ohms
