TPS50601A-SP: Device Information Question

Part Number: TPS50601A-SP

I know TPS50601AHKH/EM is engineering version, but what is difference between 5962-1022102VSC and 5962R1022102VSC? 5962-1022102VSC is QMLV grade, 5962R1022102VSC is RHA - 100 krad(Si), does that means 5962-1022102VSC covers RHA - 100 krad(Si) plus it passed more tests?

    Hi Kang,

    The application note below explains levels of hi-reliability devices in more detail.  The part # with an "R" instead of a "-" [dash] indicates that radiation hardness is assured through lot level acceptance testing with results provided in Group E reports.  The dash part is not assured to pass a certain radiation level.
