BQ2060A: BQ2060A when full charged only 2 LEDs on

My customer design with 4LEDS in the schematic. but when full charged some pack have 2 LEDs on, some pack have 4 LEDs ON.

All the pack use the same SREC and parameters as below.

The LEDs check is OK, why some pack only has 2 LEDs on, when full charged.

What is the RSOC reading of the packs that only have two LEDs on when fully charged?

The RSOC is normal when full charged, but only have 2 LEDs on.

All of these packs use the same SREC file, when full charged the LEDs display error.

Do you have any suggestions with this problem.

How many failing units have you seen? Does this issue occur to only one unit? What does the failure rate look like?

My suggestion is to capture two log files (one for a good device and another for a failing device). We would like to check the differences between these two files.

Also, I see they set Pack Configuration to 0xB6, which means Pack Configuration[DMODE] is 1 (Relative Mode). I would suggest they set Pack Configuration[DMODE] to 0 (Absolute Mode) and see if the same issue occurs.
