TPS544C25: program the EEPROM inside the tps544C25

For the tps544C25, I would like to program some registers and load them to the EEPROM, such as the VOUT_COMMAND, via the USB2any debugger using the IPG-UI software.

Using the IPG-US software, I can write data to the register, but when readback, the register keeps the default value, which means that write operation does not take effect. Any other operations required for the write operation? Moreover, the write operation is issued when the chip is under work, which should be permissible, I think.

From the tps544C25 datasheet, it is only mentioned that use the STORE_DEFAULT_ALL  command to store the register settings in the EEPROM. How to send the STORE_DEFAULT_ALL command?
