LMR33630: How can I get the point that change between PWM mode and PFM mode for LMR33630BDDAR(1400kHz)?

I used below equation to make a simliar curve based on L=8uH, fsw=400K, Ipeak_min=0.68A, the practical performance will also affect by rdson , the turn on/off slew rate of SW , parastic L C resonant etc.

I would like to know the value of the load current that change between PWM mode and PFM mode with the condition below.
