Regarding the internal resistance tolerance, Its understood that its 20%. (As per the information from Ti). Here I have one more querry.

The above 20% tolerance is considered including the temperature variation or whether only manufacturer tolerance is considered.?

Hi Prajeesh, may I know which spec you are asking for UCC21222-Q1?

Most of the time, the dominate contribution is from temperature.

Hello,

About the internal resistor on INA, INB & DIS pins

INA = 200K

INB = 200K

DIS = 50K

I have previously discussed regarding the tolerance and i got a reply as it is 20%.

So whether this 20% is considered by including temperature variation and all other worst cases?

Also one more query: What is the current consumption for DIS pin?

Yes, the 20% includes process, voltage and temperature variation.

For DIS pin, it is the voltage you applied over 50kOhm, which is Vpullup/(Rpullup+50k) when DIS is pulled high. Wish it helps.
