UCC28600: New Transformer Design - 10V-30VDC with UCC28600 for SA-3-EE2005S-H10-11.0

Dear Sir ,

We are using Texas device UCC28600D device in our power supply and require xmer specs as per following input.

 

Primary :- 

10V-30VDC : Start - pin 3 , End - pin 1

 

Secondaries :-

1)  5.6V @ 600mA : Start - pin 6 , End - pin 5  ( main winding)  

2)  12V @ 120mA : Start - pin 8, End - pin 7   

3)  12V @ 120mA : Start - pin 10, End - pin 9  

 

BOBBIN :- 10 pin EE2005S Horizontal.

 

Also mention primary inductance.

    Hi Mahesh,

    It sounds like you have already worked out some of the details of the UCC28600 transformer design? If you have not yet worked through the calculations, I would recommend to start by downloading the UCC28600 Design Tool Calculator. TI does not manufacture custom magnetics/transformers/inductors. A quick web search will reveal there are many qualified magnetics vendors that can provide transformer samples from your spec.
