LM5118: PMP7851 - LM5118 Test Data Efficiency

In the document 'PMP7851 RevA Test Results' - 2012 provided for the LM5118, some efficiency data and graphs are shown. I would like to enquire as to how the efficiency data has been calculated/measured? What methods and over what period of time the efficiency is valid. Is it only at steady state or is the initial transient also considered?

    Hi Sal,

    Thank you for posting.  The efficiency was measured at steady state operation, by reading both the current and voltage at the input and output ports, then calculated with the readings.
