I use bq76pl455A for my battery management system. There are 14 battery inputs. My design is the same as BQ76PL455A-Q1 EVM. However, bq76pl455A reads the voltages incorrectly after a while and burns. What is the place I should check? Will there be a difference between using bq76pl455a-q1 and bq76pl455A?

To answer your question, BQ76PL455A is specified for industrial applications (temperature range from -40C to 85C) whereas BQ76PL455A-Q1 is specified for automotive applications with a higher temperature range supported by the device (-40C to 105C). In terms for functionality, both devices have the same features and functions.

Is this an issue that occurred once or do you see it in more than 1 board?
What is the state of the device when the issue occurs (power mode, charging/discharging, ADC conversion, etc)?
Can you use the device GUI and see if you still observe the issue?

It is hard to find the culprit without more details. It would be good if you can share the schematic and the routine the software is running.
