BQ20Z655-R1: Charging Issue After -30°C Discharging

Hi,

1. First I have charged my battery to full. It turned off CHG mosfet after charge termination.
2. Then I put my battery into climate chamber.
3. Decreased the temperature to -30°C.
4. Waited 3 hours.
5. Start to discharge.
6. Cells voltages dropped too fast
7. Then CUV flag set
8. Discharging has been stopped.
9. Increased temperature to room temperature.
10. Waited 3 hours.
11. My battery doesnt charge.
12. I have checked SBS screen and saw this sitution. 

My battery allow charge after I sent 41 command. But my costumer would not be able to send 41 command to battery. Isn't it a bug of BQ20Z655-R1?
