Vout=12vdc

Iout=10A max

please suggest a low cost solution

Hello Kalisankar.V,

You can use WEBENCH to create a design suitable for your requirements
WEBENCH is located here:
https://webench.ti.com/power-designer/switching-regulator
A non isolated buck will be more efficient and lower cost than a flyback
But if isolation is a requirement then you will need to choose a flyback
You can pick a design using the UC2845 family of parts from the results obtained when you run WEBENCH.

Webench will output the transformer parameters required to design a transformer.
You can send this information to your local supplier and ask them for a sample.
