Hi, i want ask to someone if there is a possibility to program the TMS320F28335 without this watchdog : TPS3813K33MDBVREP the first time, because if i try to program my DSP at the first time with no WDI signal i have to disconnect the reset PIN and then connect the Watchdog. How can i program the DSP at the beginning?

Ramiro,

I presume your board has been laid out and the TPS3813 is already connected to 28335. If this is indeed the case, a blank 28335 will not be able to activate the WDI signal, resulting in the TPS381 resetting the 28335. You indeed have to disconnect the reset input to the DSP before programming. You may want to think through how you would handle this situation every time you program the flash.

Are you able to connect to the device using CCS and load a piece of code to RAM and execute it?

Thank you Hareesh, but do you know some circuit solutions to solve this issue? because i don't want to put a zero Ohm resistor before programming the DSP.

Are you saying CCS is not even able to connect to the device without you having to disconnect the TPS3813?
