WEBENCH® Tools/TPS560430: Design cannot be created for certain VIN/VOUT

Tool/software: WEBENCH® Design Tools

Hi team,

TPS560430 WEBENCH doesn't create spec for parameters below:

VIN : 9V - 18V

VOUT: 8.5V

IOUT: 0.2A

TPS560430 recommended VOUTmax is 95% of VIN, so I thought it should be OK. Is anything wrong?
